DTC: Care for Street Children - Weblog
DTC was selected for a NYC Startfund grant!
After a having successfully passed all the necessary steps of the NYC Startfund selection committee, DTC received the fantastic news that 10.000 USD was granted to expand the activities to the slums of Manila. Today we will be meeting alltogether (Efren, Bonn, Marika) to discuss the expansion to Manila and the steps to undertake in the next coming months.
A first field research has already been made to have an overview of the location/accessibility of the many slums in Manila.
