The AKO MISMO company will provide support
I would like to confirm that Ako Mismo will continue to provide support for the Dynamic Teen Company, which is one of the 11 beneficiary organizations we have identified for Ako Mismo, the advocacy of DDB Cares and the PLDT Smart Foundation.
In addition, I have chosen Dynamic Teen Company’s feeding program as my personal advocacy, and have partnered with the Universal Robina Corporation (URC), one of the country’s largest Filipino owned food and beverage companies, to sustain support for this program.
Efren Penaflorida and what he is doing for DTC are inspiring testaments to the Filipino’s ability to rise out of adversity and make a difference to alleviate the social conditions of the less fortunate of our countrymen. We have partnered closely with Efren in our quest to share the hope and belief in one’s own ability to create positive change in oneself, the family unit, the broader community, and society at large.
We need heroes like Efren, and we need to do what we can to ignite more cities all over the country towards his cause.
