Biography
A practicing lawyer and a Doctor of Law Avocat, Alberto works as hard as 10 people. Remarkable for his adaptability and multi-skilled professionalism, he was able to strengthen our projects in Bolivia, by signing more than one hundred conventions in the last year with town halls and other organizations both public and private.
He was equally able to give a new visibility to the Voces Libres Foundation, a transparency that has won us many prizes and recommendations at both national and international awards bodies.
Alberto knows how to guarantee the transparency of the Foundation in Bolivia, not only in the high quality of accountancy staff training, but through his thorough set-up of accountancy procedures for all projects and programmes.
