Paradis des Indiens: Summary Actions / Resumen Acciones 2009
UnitingPeople , along with Startfund NY put forward their candidature in order to obtain funds to set up an infirmary in Abricots. We featured on the finalist list, but were not among the finalist projects.
Francien Rijpma, member of UnitingPeople, is exploring the collaboration of a group of medical Doctors from The Netherlands and the feasibility of travelling to Haiti in order to carry out the medical revisions of the pupils of Abricots.
The Swiss foundation “Don de Choeur”, in which children from private schools give a vocal performance at a charitable event each year, is willing to consider the possibility of choosing Paradis des Indiens as their elected project for 2011. This support would contribute considerably to this country which has suffered so tremendously in recent times.

UnitingPeople presentó una candidatura a Startfund NY para obtener fondos para poner en marcha la enfermería de Abricots. Conseguimos estar en la lista de finalistas pero no estuvo entre los proyectos finalistas.
Francien Rijpma, miembro de UnitingPeople, está estudiando con un grupo de médicos holandeses la posibilidad de trasladarse a Haití para hacer revisiones médicas a todos los alumnos de Abricots.
La fundacion Suiza “Don de Choeur” donde niños de escuelas privadas de Ginebra cantan cada ano en un evento benefica, esta dispuesto a estudiar la posibilidad para que Paradis des Indiens sea posiblemente el proyecto aunciado para 2011. Este apoyo ayudaría mucho en este país que ha sufrido múltiples danos en los últimos tiempos.
