ReBuilding of Hope Disability Centre
With the help of Handicap International, She Hope Society is re-doing the ground level of the Hope Disability Centre, and adding another story, with a ramp for access by people using wheelchairs. We are very fortunate that we are having a relatively mild winter here in Kashmir, so that construction is able to continue even in January! Just last night the re-wiring of the ground level of the building was completed.
