Montesori learning material needed
We’re working to improve the quality of the teaching in Nepalese schools. One of the areas we are concentrating on is the teachers’ approach to teaching.
In Nepalese education system the student has a pasive role, most of the time the children listen and they don’t have an active role in the learning process. There is little interaction between teacher and student. Due to this fact, the teacher doesn’t know if the children have understand what they are trying to teach them. Some children feel they can not cope with it and want to leave school. It’s important for us that the children learn to do things independently and develop their full potential.
There are already some Montesori schools in Kathmandu, Pokhara and Dhamauli and in some remote area’s.
Renuka Foundation would like to give Montessori-training to the boarding school’s teachers in Satrasaya. For this Montessori learning material is indispensable.

Montessori Method little more prevalent in our country. But we are doing everything possible to ensure that would develop the idea of Montessori. We believe that this will make our children better. Our portal will help them.
