The first projects are being realized!
At the beginning of March, Rineke of the Renuka organization left for Nepal to start building the 3rd Daycare centre with the community of Yanchok. The whole community has been anticipating this centre for a long time and started to prepare the groundwork’s in the previous months. Rineke will be staying there for 3 months to help and supervise its construction and elaborate further ideas with the community on how to improve the water provision system to the villages.
In Bolivia, the community of Vittichi in cooperation with Voix Libres has already started to build the Boarding School in their village and the first pictures in their progress report give a good impression on the ongoing developments. In a recent international audit report, Voix Libres was rewarded for its outstanding excellence in both its human achievements and financial accounting since 100% of all donations have been correctly employed with entire transparency.
At Jacaranda in Malawi, Marie da Silva, was filled with joy to see the first students graduate from the school she started a few years ago, while putting aside her monthly savings! CNN selected her as one of the “heroes” of 2008, which meant that an increasing number of schools are now inviting her to talk about Aids / Africa and Jacaranda.

• She Hope Society; providing rehabilitation and correction surgery for disabled children in Kashmir (India).
•Nino Jesus, a center for children with special abilities in Mancora, Peru.
•Empowering Women in Nepal; providing training in eco tourism for women to become female trekking guides
