School material
Hi everyone,
We recently met in Barcelona (Ophelie, Olivier, Tatiana, Marika, Hilde and Enriqueta) and has a good meeting. Since the school is now finished, we will concentrate on supporting its students for their annual school material.We actually started a campaign where little colourfull knitted dolls are being made to be placed under the pillow at night, which in Bolivian tradition take away the children's worries overnight, which sales price (10 euros, 13 dollars) is sufficient to buy the school material for 1 student/year.
With the help of Startfund, we will also complete an application form so start with a women emergency center to help abused women and children as 80% of all bolivian women are faced with (regular) violence in theirs lives. These are official statistics, released by UN. More information on this project will follow later.
