Future Projects

There are several projects that we would like to implement in the future. Many of the schools do not have easy access to drinking water. We would like to be able to drill wells in these areas. We would also like to be able to feed the children breakfast in the morning so that they will be better prepared for the day in school. We have developed a project in conjunction with Uniting People to build an infirmary for the school and hope that we will find the financing to do so. At this time one of the graduates of Paradis des Indiens has just finished his residency in community health and returned to Abricots. He will work at the Fondation Paradis des Indiens for one year for a very low salary as a way to show his gratitude to those who have given him the chance to become a Physician. We hope that he will want to stay in Abricots and that Fondation Paradis des Indiens will be able to keep him on staff. We also hope that one day all children will have the opportunity to complete their formal education if they wish to.
