“Children of Africa” by Skeffa Chimoto and the Jacaranda School
Children of Africa is a song composed by Malawian artist Skeffa Chimoto and written by Luc Deschamps, director of the Jacaranda Foundation in Malawi. In this short video, Skeffa is singing and playing the keyboard, while students sing the chorus: "Children of Africa, let us join hands; Children of Africa, let us speak out loud". This video is a rehearsal, as the Jacaranda school students are preparing to record the song for fundraising purposes. The Jacaranda school provides free primary and secondary education to 320 orphans in Malawi, as well as daily food, and free uniforms and clohtes. Support this project! Go to Jacaranda Project Page.
